Elegant notes of rose, gently balanced with a hint of berries and rose hips.

Ingredients:
- Rose Petals: Known for their soothing properties and delicate aroma.
- Rose Hips: Rich in vitamin C and antioxidants, supporting skin health.
- Raspberries: Provide a natural sweetness and are high in vitamins.
- White Tea: Offers gentle stimulation and is packed with antioxidants.
- Elderberries: Traditionally used to support the immune system.
- Nettle: A nutrient-dense herb known for its detoxifying properties.

How to Brew the Perfect Cup:
- Add one teaspoon per tea cup to a tea bag pouch, tea infuser or tea pot with built in strainer
- Pour over 80°C water
- Leave to brew for 4 minutes
- Relax and enjoy!
